A workspace is where a client, project, or team’s work lives. Group related projects together, run each on its own task boards, and bring in the people who belong there. Teams can inherit access automatically, so the right members see the right work without manual setup.

Can I customize task boards with my own columns and statuses?

Yes. Build boards with the columns you need, organize tasks into groups, and set your own statuses, priorities, owners, and due dates. You can rename labels to match how your team talks, attach files to any task, and use the toolbar to search, filter, sort, hide columns, group by a field, and link groups.

Can I import existing tasks from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Import your existing work from Excel to populate a board instead of retyping it, then keep working from there. You can also upload files directly onto individual tasks so documents and assets stay attached to the work they belong to.

How does a won deal become a delivery project?

Because the Sales CRM and project management live in the same platform, a closed deal flows straight into delivery. The context that sales captured stays connected, so your delivery team can see what was promised and start the project against one source of truth instead of copying details between separate apps.

What can RUQN AI do on a board?

How do groups and custom columns work on a board?

Groups are the horizontal bands that split a board into sections, so you can group by phase, client, or sprint, collapse what you’re not focused on, and link related groups so connected work stays together. Custom columns sit alongside the task name and can track statuses, priorities, owners, due dates, and configurable dropdown fields, so a single row tells the whole story of an item without opening it.

Can I change the views with search, filter, and group-by?

Yes. The board toolbar lets you search to jump to any task, filter to narrow down to what’s overdue or assigned to one person, sort by date or priority, hide columns you don’t need for a given view, and group by any field on the fly. The same set of tasks can be re-sliced for a stand-up, a client check-in, or a manager review without ever moving the underlying data.
