Every lead carries rich fields and source tracking, so you always know where it came from. Leads move through five built-in statuses, New, Qualified, In Discussion, Converted, and Disqualified, and you can rename those terms to match how your team talks. Need to bring in a list? Use CSV import to load existing leads in one pass instead of typing them in by hand.

Can I build more than one sales pipeline?

Yes. The Deals Manager lets you build multiple named custom pipelines per team, with your own stages. A typical setup runs a cross-team Commercial Pipeline alongside per-team pipelines like an Onboarding Pipeline, an Integration Pipeline, and Live Operations. Each pipeline is a kanban board where deals show weighted value, deal health, and priority, so you can see what is real at a glance.

How does converting a lead into a deal work?

One click. RUQN turns a qualified lead into a deal and carries the company, contact, source, and owner straight onto the new deal, so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost. The deal lands in the pipeline you choose, and because companies and contacts live in the same system, the full relationship history travels with it.

What does the Sales Overview dashboard show?
