How much does RUQN cost?

RUQN has five pricing plans: Free at $0, Starter at $12, Growth at $24, and Business at $39 per user per month billed annually, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Monthly billing is $15, $30, and $49. Every plan includes tasks, projects, team chat, and the sales CRM.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan costs $0 with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes unlimited tasks and projects, planning boards, team chat, 10 meetings per month, docs and whiteboards, the sales CRM, automations, and 500 MB of storage.

What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?

Annual billing saves about 20 percent. Starter is $12 per user per month billed annually versus $15 monthly, Growth is $24 versus $30, and Business is $39 versus $49. Use the toggle above to compare both prices on every plan.

Which RUQN plan should my team choose?

Most teams pick Growth: it adds the advanced sales CRM with leads, deals, and companies, custom pipelines, dashboards, workflows, API access, and 1,000 AI credits per month. Choose Business for SSO, custom roles, audit logs, and priority support. Enterprise adds unlimited AI credits, compliance, and a custom SLA.

Do the Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams integrations cost extra?

There are no per-integration fees. The Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams integrations are included from the Starter plan, along with unlimited meetings, calendar, and email sync. The Free plan includes built-in Ruqn Meet video with 10 meetings per month.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings as your team grows. Your data, boards, and pipelines stay in place when you change plans.
