Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage, serve the same purpose. This policy explains how RUQN (“RUQN,” “we,” “us”) uses these technologies on our website and in our products (the “Services”), and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
How we use cookies
We keep our use of cookies deliberately small. The technologies we use fall into three groups:
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Services to work at all: signing you in, keeping your session active, protecting against cross-site request forgery, and remembering essential security state. The Services cannot function without these, so they cannot be switched off.
- Preferences. Remember choices you make so you do not have to set them again, such as your light or dark theme, language, and interface settings. Your theme choice, for example, is stored locally on your device.
- Analytics. Help us understand how the website and product are used in aggregate, such as which pages are visited and which features are popular, so we can improve them. This data is used for statistics, not for building advertising profiles.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to ad networks;
- We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites;
- We do not read workspace content through cookies.
Third-party cookies
Some features rely on third parties. If you connect or join calls through tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, or view embedded content, those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies. We recommend reviewing the cookie policies of any connected tools your team uses.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings: block all cookies, allow only certain sites, or clear cookies when you close the browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to RUQN. Instructions for common browsers are available in their help centers (look for “manage cookies” in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Services evolve or as regulations change. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and significant changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
